A non-refundable deposit of £40.00 per person together with a completed booking form is required to effect a booking. The first named person on the booking form warrants that he/she has the authority to sign the booking form on behalf of all members of the party who shall be bound by these conditions.
The balance is due for payment at least 8 weeks before the departure date of the holiday.

We strongly recommend that you are adequately insured for any of our holidays. Prior to departure we will request that you provide details of your insurers, your policy number and the emergency contact number stated on your policy.
Since 1st January 2009, the sale of travel insurance connected to holiday or related travel has been regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. As we do not hold the necessary authorisation, we are unable to offer or advise on travel insurance related matters. Please find enclosed a leaflet from our preferred Insurance Brokers which will give you information on how to purchase Travel Insurance from them. Towergate Chapman Stevens are Travel Insurance Specialists in the Coaching Industry.
Phillips Coaches Ltd is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ‘The Package Travel Tours Regulations 1992’ all passengers booking with Phillips Coaches Ltd are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Phillips Coaches Ltd. This Insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through Zurich Insurance PLC.
In the unlikely event of Insolvency, you must inform Towergate Chapman Stevens immediately on +44 (0) 1932 334140 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you retain the booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.
This policy will not cover any monies paid for Travel Insurance or any claim relating to Air Flights. Please ensure the company you have booked with has the appropriate CAA/ATOL Bonds in place.
Whilst every possible effort will be made to operate the tour as detailed we reserve the right, in any circumstances to cancel or vary the tour. In the case of Phillips Coaches cancelling the tour, we will refund all monies paid.
Every possible effort will be made to ensure that the holiday itinerary for each tour is as described, however we reserve the right to vary any tour itinerary.
With regard to hotel facilities/services, please remember some amenities e.g. swimming pools, hotel lifts etc require servicing and cleaning and may not therefore be available at all times.
Entertainment provided by hotels is frequently subject to demand and its nature and/or frequency may be varied if there is a lack of demand or insufficient numbers staying at the hotel.
Some services may be affected by weather conditions and their availability is entirely at the discretion of the provider of the service.
The holiday price includes all coach travel, hotel accommodation and meals as specified in the holiday description and VAT where applicable. Morning coffee, afternoon tea and other refreshments are not included. Some hotels may make an additional charge for porterage and tea/coffee served after dinner. Gratuities to the hotel staff and driver/couriers are at your discretion. All admissions to attractions inc. boat/train trips and places of interest, are not included unless otherwise stated.
There may be instances where circumstances beyond our control dictate an increase in cost. We will not pass on any increase less than 2% of the holiday price (excludes holiday insurance) which occurs after the printing of this leaflet. We reserve the right to introduce a surcharge for increases larger than this if they occur more than 8 weeks before travel. You will be given the option of cancelling with a refund of all holiday money paid except for any premium paid to us for holiday insurance.
If you cancel your holiday this incurs administrative costs. We will therefore retain your deposit and, in addition, apply cancellation charges as set out below:-

We accept responsibility for the proven negligence of any staff directly employed by Phillips Coaches Ltd in the whole course of the conduct of your holiday. Phillips Coaches Ltd can not accept liability in respect of persons who are not employed by them and over whom they do not have control. Phillips Coaches Ltd accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes as the case may be in air, road, rail, sea, hotel or other services or arising from quarantine sickness, strikes, lockouts or weather or any other case. Any such loss will have to be borne by the passenger.
If you require a special diet you must inform us at the time of booking with a copy of the diet. This will be notified to the hotels of your holiday but please note some hotels may not have the facilities to cope with special diets and we cannot be held liable for their failure to do so. Any extra cost incurred must be paid to the hotel by you before departure from the hotel.
Any other requests e.g. low floor rooms, special rooms or locations must be made in writing at the time of booking. We will pass on your request to the relevant supplier but this does not necessarily mean that your request will be met. If the request is met you may incur an extra charge.
We operate a strictly no smoking policy on all our coaches. If you have a problem Should you have a problem/complaint during your holiday please inform the driver and the supplier immediately so that they can do their best to resolve the matter at the time. If matters are not resolved to your satisfaction you should upon return from your holiday, put your comments in writing, within 28 days, quoting tour reference and departure date to:
